During my time in the real estate investment business, I have developed very strong feelings & emotions on the NEED for MORE professional investors in the market. The fact of the matter is that with the number of real estate books out today, more and more people are wanting to become real estate investors. The problem is, most of these investors are fly-by-night investors who don't have the business sense or professionalism to take their investing business to fruition. House sellers are often faced with dealing with investors who are un-informed, ill-prepared and unable to perform to expectations.
